Middle and High School

Middle and high school students meet during the service twice a month, remaining with their families on alternate Sundays, as a way to gradually transition from attending Sunday school to regular adult services. The lessons combine multi-media and videos with readings from the Bible, discussion and prayer, to help our increasingly technically-advanced teens learn how to connect with their faith and make it their own.

Youth remain with their families for worship during the first half of the service and are dismissed directly to their teacher just before the sermon.

Youth Stomp is a fun gathering for middle and high school students that meets on the Sundays with no Discovery Group, from 12pm-2:30. Youth are welcome to bring friends with them for lunch, games and a discussion about the sermon that was preached that morning.

Our small group for teens meets at least twice a month on Friday nights from 6:30 to 8PM at Grace for a few games, a small snack, and Bible study. Youth use a "just-for-teens" guide that allows them to take a look at different parts of the Bible and discover how it applies to their lives. This is a time for youth to step a little deeper into their faith and understanding of God's Word.

Middle and high school students are encouraged to be a part of our services every Sunday, from helping run our audio and visual technology, to serving as ushers, singing and playing any instrument on stage. The last Sunday of each month is Youth & Friend Day, when children of all ages, but especially teens, are included in the music in the worship service.
